The agreement between you and Haus Solutions, LLC. Plain English. Effective April 28, 2026.
You sign up, we provide Hausstack as a hosted service. You pay a monthly subscription. You use it to run your business. We work to keep it running well, secure, and improving over time.
Everything you put in is yours. You can export a CSV of every entity from Settings → Data anytime. If you cancel, we keep your data accessible for 30 days, then delete it permanently within 7 days of the request. Backups age out within 30 days.
We don't claim ownership of, license, or train models on your data. See the privacy policy for specifics.
Hausstack agents send messages, generate quotes, and take actions on your behalf when you turn them on. You're responsible for what goes out under your name. The Approval-mode toggle on every agent lets you require manual confirmation before any outbound action — use it while you're learning to trust them.
We never let an agent ship money out, sign contracts, or take legally binding actions without your explicit confirmation per action.
We'll do our best, but software fails. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not on the hook for indirect damages (lost profits, reputation, etc.). If you're a regulated industry (healthcare, finance), the cap doesn't change the rules — talk to us first.
When we change terms in a material way, you get 30 days' notice via email and an in-app banner. Minor edits (typos, link fixes) we just publish. Either way, the changelog is at /terms-changelog.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We'll prorate the unused portion of the current month. If we end the relationship, we'll give you 60 days' notice and a clean export.
California law. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County unless you're a small-claims court case (those stay in court).
