What we collect, what we don't, and what we'd never do with it. Last updated April 28, 2026.
Your customer list, jobs, invoices, and messages belong to your business. We process them so the software works. We don't sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them to train models — yours or anyone else's. You can export everything as CSV at any time and delete your account on demand.
Inside your tenant, only people you invite (and at the role you set) can see your data. Inside Hausstack, access is limited to a small operations team and only when you explicitly request support.
We never look at customer records to "see how things are going." If we need to debug, we ask first.
When an agent calls a model, we send only the data needed for that one task — and we use providers (Anthropic) with zero-retention contracts. Your prompts and responses aren't kept by them, used for training, or shared.
Data is hosted on Vercel (compute) and Neon (database) in US regions. Backups are encrypted at rest. We use TLS for everything in flight.
This is a plain-language summary of how we operate. The legal version is on file with our counsel and available on request — we'd rather you read this one.
